On Saturday April 4th my order for a replacement heatshield for my black big shot duells wil be 5 MONTHS old. way to go guys, emails and calls to both the uk and usa and still no email to say that its even made yet. customer service? not 2 words that go together. anybody else had such a bad experience dealing with this company? rant over. the pipes sound good, just a sh*t company to deal (or not)with.

Have used V&H on all my bikes. Lost heat shield too. Had no problem in dealing with the factory. But that was a few years ago.

I had a problem with one pipe when I put them on in 2000, it rattled like crazy, complained to the dealer who put them on, v&h refused to warranty them, the dealer replaced them on their dime.
