Beware: Chi-Town Parts / Choppers

Anyone dealing with Chi-town Parts or Chi-Town Choppers beware. I ordered a tire four weeks ago from them. When I didn't receive it after 1 1/2 weeks I started calling and e-mailing with no answer and no reply. I filed a paypal dispute to which they replied once asking if I wanted a refund. I said yes, Please. 5 days later the tire was shipped by them, today I received it. Now I don't need it. I've received one from JC Whitney in 3 days.

Shady characters with no response or customer consideration. Be Careful.
