Demons Cycle - Beware!!!

I bought a LaPera seat from Demons Cycle (http://www.demonscycle.com/Shop/Cont...s/view_page/TV) for a bobber project I'm working on. When I received it, the leather had bubbles in it, yes bubbles and the bottom was scratched with both fine and heavy scratches. The seat pan on these seats are made from aluminum and polished to a mirror finish. I know you don't see it once it's on the bike, but that isn't the point here. Anyway I called them back and opted for a refund instead of another seat. I was told to send it back for a refund. I sent the seat back and waited for the refund. I paid $144 for the seat with free shipping. I just got a notice that I was refunded only $119.50 because of a 17% restocking fee. When I called I spoke to Al Smith the General Manager and asked what was going on. He put me on hold to talk to the owner Tom who said there is nothing wrong with the seat and there's a restocking fee. WHAT??? I called the credit card company and issued a dispute so we'll see what happens.Do yourself a favor and stay clear from these assholes!
