Bitchin about bitchin baggers....
Well, I ordered my bagger brace 2 weeks ago today. I have not heard from them, I have not recieved the parts, nothing. I called today, no answer, only a females voicemail. Getting a little concerned at this point. The last time something like this happened, I had to dispute the charges, and beleive it or not, I actually recieved the item 2 MONTHS LATER! I certainly hope this will not be the case with bitchin baggers. If I hear anything, I will update....

Yup, everything sounded great until I ordered mine. Been dealing with that sort of luck all my life. Maybe I will hear back from them today. He did say that it should ship out last monday. Which would have been a week from the day I ordered. We'll see I guess.....

they are probably just behind. I ordered mine last month. Called on Friday for it and she said they get mailed out on Tuesdays I think. I had it that friday. So one week turn around for me.
They are on the west coast so remember the time zone difference when you call - or the could just not be taking calls/orders till they catch up.
oh and my brace rocks!

i have 2 sets of shocks from them and they were always great to deal with. the guy even gave me his cell phone number, but that was when they were starting out. i actually tried to call all last week about getting another set and couldn't get a hold of them, maybe they are out of town.

Isn't there some big bike show in AZ this week? They may be attending that event.

Same here. I've looked at all the designs and the TRW was the most sound from an engineering standpoint. Got it in a couple of days and it works great.
