Big Spring, Texas HD-Super Service

We were four bikes on the way to Ruidoso, NM from San Antonio, Texas who broke down outside of Sonora, Texas when one rider had flats on both tires.
We called Big Spring HD (150 miles away) and Robert and his wife came and got us, trailered the bike back to Big Spring and changed out both tires and tubes late that night getting the rider ready to pull out first thing the next morning.

Big Spring HD is the oldest HD dealership in Texas and is 3rd generation owned. They are a small shop with great service and prices. I dont have any interest in the business but wanted to tell everyone to please stop by if you are ever passing thru Big Spring, Texas.

They went the extra mile for us and if you check other posting you will see similar results.

Thanks again to Robert and his wife and all the wrenches at Big Spring HD for getting us on the road again.

jeez not too many stories like that now-a-days..

a few years back out on road my carb'd bike was running like crap..found a dealer in perth ont...two bike showroom in an old style gas station converted to hd dealer...been there for years i learned . ..

i had no tools with me..so i pull in he takes me back in the shop...lets me use his tools.......pulled the plugs they were ok..he suggested i check the air filter...sure enough all clogged with dust i picked up riding 20 miles on dirt (road construction)...so i tell him i need to buy a new one...he says no..gets out his air hose..blasted the dirt out it.....i put it back on ...bike is now running fine....how much i ask?...nothing... have a good ride...

had at buy t shirt just so he put something in his till that day...

imagine going to botique dealer with the same prob?...

Nice people and a friendly shop. I have friends there in Big Spring so I go visit that shop whenever I'm in town.

When I was living in Fort Worth in 2005 I drove to Big Spring to buy my bike. They were the only dealer in north Texas at the time who were selling at MSRP. Talked to Robert via email, settled on a price and picked it up the next day. I would highly recommend them.
