Cox's HD in Rock Hill Poor Service!

As many of you know, I've been having some wired issues, bike stalling occasionally, loss of idle, blown headlamps and spot lights. The bike has been to Cox's on 5 different occasions, obviously if you know anything about Cox's you already know that the excessive turn over has created a minor problem turn into a big deal, seems every time I bring the bike in a different guy works on it and starts at the same point, they never seem to get any further than step three in the flow chart. I called HD corporate and explained the two codes the bike keeps throwing are u1064 and u1097, HD said the dealer told them that the current code which came up on our first ride in Ocean City was a historic code, the dealer has previously cleared the code 4 times although they have not documented it, so when they called HD technical support the information given was not complete or accurate. Harley corporate states that there are 3 possible things wrong with the bike, ecm, spedo or turn signal module, they refuse to change all three as they claim the dealer needs to narrow down which one of them is bad, so until then I have to suffer, nice way to treat a customer. I have filed a complaint with the BBB (seems this works with them as they have resolved all complaints in a satisfactory manner) going to sent them the 10 day lemon law letter tomorrow (as required by SC law). Jared the service manager and Jody the op's manager are without a doubt in need of some good training in how business works, It's my recommendation that you deal with one of the many other local dealers in the area.

occasionally it stalls when you stop at a light or shift, typically it's on a real hot day when the bike gets warmed up real well. the check engine light will come on and it spits out u1097 and u1064 codes, the factory idle setting somehow goes away adn can only be reset by the dealer with the digital tech.
The headlight bulb went bad at the same time as the fuse, then after changing the fuse the hi beam went out 15 minutes later. Recently the spot lamp bulbs both went bad at the same time, working one minute then out the next, they didnt blow the fuse, the next ride after that the check engine light came on and the bike was stalling again, the dealer claims hd technical support stated that one of three or all three of the follwing are bad, ecu, spedo or turn signal module, the refuse to change all three as they claim "it's throwng to many parts at the bike". The worse part is the bike will run fine for a while then I continue to get these errors, it's not fun to ride any more. Should have bought another Honda, at least they fix the bike if it's not working.
