J&S Customer Service

I wasn't sure where to put this, so I decided to put it here.

Whenever the topic of motorcycle jacks comes up, I always sing the praises of J&S. It is pricey, but extremely stable and easy to use. Yesterday I had my bike on the lift which is over a year old, and the bottle jack starts leaking pretty substantially. I sent them an email today and asked if there was a warranty on the jack, but did not really expect anything. Well, a little later I get an email saying they are sending me a new one - which address should they use.

Good customer service is getting rare and I thought I should brag on a company that is doing it right. And the fact that it is made in America doesn't hurt, either.

Bluzmn59-

That is refreshing to hear.. Still good rep co's doing it right...

When I use any of my bike lifts & get to desired height. I immediately lock in the stops & release the pressure off the hydraulics.. This has really kept my lifts going with out issue for more than decade or so..

I am another J&S fan.

It is a pleasure to deal with this place. You speak to an owner, and he turns out to be a regular, nice guy.

The product is superior. No having to tie the bike down. Stable as anything.

I had 2 of my friends buy jacks from them after seeing mine. They both use them all the time and love 'em.

Hi!

I have a J&S Jack that I absolutely love. I had my bike on it for 9 months recently and noticed a minor leak (maybe two tablespoons of oil) when I lowered the bike. (I had the pressure off the hydraulic cylinder while the bike was up, by the way). I shot them an email about this, and they immediately replied, offering to call me back. I talked to Jim and he told me where the plug is to refill the bottle jack, asked me to test the thing again and should it leak again he would send me a new one. Thatīs customer service the way it should be!

Two thumbs up for J&S!
