Doherty Machine
Does anyone know if these guys are still in business? I ordered some stuff from them 10 days ago and have not heard a word. The online ordering system says "pending". Have tried several times to call them and all I get is an answering machine. Have tried to e-mail and get no answer.. Just trying to find out.. TIA...

Finally got them on the phone after two days of trying. He said they are 10-14 days behind on everything. Told me he had 2 mills running 18 hrs a day, I told him to start up the third one. LOL He did apologize, and said he would try to get it out in the next couple of days. He was very nice, but if anyone wants anything, better allow about 4 weeks to get it. (Should be in stock and ship w/in a day or two.) Sounds like demand slipped up on him and he was not prepared.. But the good news is that they are still in business and working.

They are good people.
I love their product, it's a work of art.
That said, I had one issue where I ordered some air filter oil and it ended up on back order. I got impatient and called them,...... They sent me a brand new air filter element - just to get me by until my oil got here! Free, no charge for a new preoiled element and no charge for shipping it.
They are good people, they are just very busy.
Be patient, you won't regret it.

I know they need to get someone to answer the phone. I have called literally a 100 times with nothing but busy signal and when it would finally ring it would go to pre recorded message. They told me on two occasions the item had been shipped and lost in transit and finally I got mine after about a month. Were nice guys when finally able to get ahold of someone.

I purchased mine from Jirehcycles.com . It was for a carb model but a small amount of filing in the mounting holes and some washers for spacers made it fit perfectly on my '06 FXDLI. WOW is it ever good!

Yes there still in business... They were here in Prescott, Arizona for years then IMHO hard times struck (couldn't pay the piper) and they moved (they were on Sandretto Drive in town) to another building out in the Precott Air Park (airport), They have since packed upand moved to Okalahoma...
Where they are still producing parts...

I placed an order for a wide tire kit at the beginning of December, a Christmas present for my wife's bike. They never responded to emails. Eventually I got a hold of someone on the phone on the 23rd. He said they have everything except my rim and tire that will be in on the 24th and would ship before the end of the year. January 5th still nothing shipped and I sent a not too happy email. I got a short response it will ship today... Will have to see about that...
They are very fast with charging your CC card immediately but then nothing happens...
