Thumbs up ChicagoHarley.com

I've ordered from Chicago Harley several times in the past and had good luck. But this most recent time takes the cake.

I needed some Cometic gaskets and I saw that CH also sell Drag Specialties stuff so I checked that site and saw the carry Cometic gaskets.

So, through Chicago I ordered what I needed and some other Cometic stuff I might need down the road.

I got an e-mail from them today saying they didn't have everything I ordered in stock so I called them around 5:30 today. They knew right away the order I was talking about.

I changed things up and only got a few things they had, including the head gaskets which is what I really needed.

These head gaskets retail for $42 a set and they sold them to me for $19 for the set!

Anyway, I got a tracking # and they're due to arrive tomorrow!

Great service at a great price. Hard to come by today.

I also use them alot and have had nothing but great service from them. Its sad that I have a big dealer here in memphis about 2 miles from my house and hate dealing with there arrogance and never a discount.

No doubt Big Man, West Tennessee is lacking when it comes to dealerships.

I too have used Chicago HD many many times, more than I can count. I ALWAYS run the part numbers through Chicago, Surdyke and Zanottis. Chicago is always 20% off and their shipping is usually one of the lowest. However, sometimes Zanottis will give larger discounts, but varies from 18% to 26%. WHoever is cheapest overall get my business. The dealer that is closest to me here in OKC has a bunch of nice people working the parts dept but you NEVER get a discount unless its a special occassion and on some small parts they are 15-25% over msrp. Items such as detach windshield bushings, other special fittings and carb parts.
Unless I need to see the part up close and in person, I order everything so I get it at a discount plus don't have to pay taxes.
