AVOID EYEYLENSES4U.COM at all cost!
I think I've been a pretty decent guy through this whole ordeal.
The story: I gave these guys my Panoptx Diablo's at the Timonium Bike Show back in February to have them put in day/night progressive bi-focal lenses. They read the prescription off of your regular glasses and create lenses to place in the riding glasses. Paid my $130 and off they went. 3 or 4 weeks later I get them back with yellow night lenses and the wrong prescription. Called and was told to send them back (my expense) and they'd fix it. 3 or 4 weeks later they come back and they got the day/night part right but they were clearly the wrong prescription, I couldn't focus the right lens at all. Called and was told to send them back (my expense) and also include a prescription from my eye Dr. 3 or 4 weeks later I get them and I can only wear them for about 15 minutes before I feel like throwing up. Left lens is pretty good but the right is still off. Called back and spoke to the owner how informed me that he's "losing his ass" on this and that he should probably just return them with the stock lenses and refund my money. I said that's fine but I'd really like to have the prescription glasses. He has me overnight them to him (my expense) and he would take them with him and try again. He commented that the curve in those lenses are difficult to do. That was in April and that's that last I've heard from him. My wife spoke to his secretary/ phone answerer whatever and she was promised that they would take care of it. Nothing for a few weeks... I spoke to her beginning of June and she assured me that they expected my replacement stock lenses the next day and would send them and refund my money. Neither has happened. I ended up filling report with the BBB and a dispute with the credit card company to get the $130 back but I guess I'll never see my glasses again so this was a $230 lesson. Now they don't answer calls or respond to emails so I'm left to post this to get out my frustration!
If you do business with http://www.eyelenses4u.com/ do so at your own risk!
Posting this for you, my friends on several forums, if you've seen this elsewhere I apologize for the repeat.

Sorry to hear that. Prescriptions in riding type glasses with curved lenses can be very tricky. The person doing it better know what they're doing or as you found out they will screw it up.

I spent months researching for sunglasses for riding that would take my prescription. Wound up getting some mountain climbing glasses, weren't cheap but being able to see is priceless. I got real bad eyes.

98RKC,
Thanks for the warning.
I don't wear prescription lenses, but if I did, I would find a local place where you could deal face to face with a real person. These are your eyes we a talkin' about here.
A buddy of mine gets his at a local place. He said they don't keep the frames in stock, but even with ordering the frames and making the lenses once they come in, he can get a pair he is happy with in about 2 weeks.

When dealling with a difficult or a myopic prescription, it is much better to have the company that sells the goggles do it for you. They have different blanks available to them so that they can do a proper job. There is nothing like buying a frame that you like and haveing it come back un wearable, but the correct perscription or wearable but not properly corrected. When sending to a 3rd party, you are just increasing your chances of failure. These guys cost bucks, but if that is what you need..........

Yeah, I know this stuff now...I was there for the weekend for the bike show, my bike was in the show, and I thought what the heck, not a bad price, it's winter so I don't need the glasses right now. As I said, lesson learned.
Anyhow
Update today:
Kathy called claiming that she spoke with Brad (the owner) and he decided that because of the difficulty they were going to just replace my lenses...no **** that's what you said over a month ago!!!
Anyhow they didn't know what kind of lenses were in there to begin with so she had to ask me, then she asked if they were regular lenses or prescription... ummmm no that was what you were supposed to do with them.
She finishes up with, we'll get the lenses and send the glasses off to you today. How's that gonna happen if you had to order the lenses???
This is just crazy:banghead

Update, got an email yesterday with a tracking number after I inquired as to how they would be shipped. The number didn't work (too short) so when I let them know that today, I got the same number with a few added at the end and that did show a package departing from their location yesterday 7/21 at 3:30 pm. We'll see if it's coming here.

Ummmm, not even. I had to file a dispute with the credit card company who refunded the $130.

One set of glasses that will take up to a -035 lens is willey-x xl-1 also dealen with dummass fitters. One set of free lenses and goin to try one more time with drivewear lense. The company that makes the leanes said that sams has only two fitting shops so i went to sams today and was told by the ass there that they can't work with the frames,to much curve. He's to stupid to even know.

If you are talking the sphere, my good eye is -7.00 and my bad is -10.75.
I went here and got the Bucci Denali
http://www.opticus.com/
not cheap but choices are limited with my eyesight and I am pleased.
I went with the citrex lens, I also added the progressive feature and can rear with them as well as my everyday glasses.
I did have to have the left lens routed to fit the frames as it is so thick.

Thanks for the info, and wow I thought my eyes were bad....my worst eye is a -375 sphere with a +325 cylinder....just too much for any 8 base curve...
