problems with chrometech

anybody out there had any dealings with chrometech in Santa Ana Ca.?
sent some wheels out there and the two week turn around time ran into 4 weeks turn around and they lost a couple of spacers.
"Spacers are in the mail" they said over two weeks ago.

I sent my wheels to American Revolution Inc. right around that area 12 weeks ago and I have not received a single part yet. They told me the wheels went to one place and the small stuff went to another. Maybe that is what is going on with yours.Good luck!
