This place sucks

Cycle Warehouse in Butler,PA is the worst place I've done business with.I put different bars on bike.So I needed longer cables & brake line.Had to pay at time of order,$208.75.Told me they would be there in 5 days.At 2 weeks I gave them a call.Said he would look into it & call me back.Never called back.
At week 3 sent email.Said he should have answer by end of day.Never replied.
Week 4 called again.Lady asked for my phone#.Said she would call back in a few minutes.Never called back.Oh,at week 3 I emailed Barnett,the company cyclewarehouse ordered my parts thru.They told me when they shipped them
& when CW should have got them.I should have got my parts around 2 weeks after they were ordered.So some how CW lost my parts.And they don't want to give me my money back.What a bunch of ^&*$%^&# jerks.I did go to my bank & file dispute against them.Hopefully they will get my money back.In the mean time my bikes torn apart waiting for these parts.Debating whether to go ahead and order again at a different shop or wait and see how this turns out.I sure am PISSED.Missing out on alot of riding.

Just had to vent this and just maybe I saved someone else from getting ripped off.

Your profile sez you're *from* Butler, PA... so why are you dealing with 'em via Internet? Easy enough to walk in the door and see what a disorganized place it is and talk to the main man. He's there all the time.

That said and their disorganized business model notwithstanding, it's a cool place to rummage around. Kinda like your Granfparent's attic if they'd been into motorcycles and saved everything they ever owned. If you need an old or discontinued part chances are they've got it stashed somewhere on 5 floors. The trick might be finding it.
