Props to Fastaire
Bought a Fastaire 10" smoked windshield for my Ultra. Everything looked
good when it was installed by me. 4 weeks later, I'm washing the sled
and see some very small cracks. I send an e-mail to Fastaire and Jim says
"send me some digital shots of it". I send the pictures, he replies that a
new windshield is in the mail. It arrives next day. He said there were
some issues in mfg. that didn't get caught in time. Didn't have to beg or plead or nothing. Who says customer service is dead?
