M&M cycle: Best ever Customer Care
This is just to acknowledge Mark at M&M cycle for having provided me with the best ever customer care. I live overseas he shipped me an exhaust at an excellent price and unfortunately the content of the box didn't match the ordered goods, so he payed for the back shipment of the wrong exhaust, immediately provided me with a new one and took care of extra import fees for the second shipping.
I absolutely recommend them, as my best online shopping experience.

Not to be a thorn in the side but, wouldnt shipping the wrong product (especially overseas) indicate poor service? I would be pretty p.o'd if i waited "x" amount of days to tear into something and low and behold its wrong all because somebody couldn't visually inspect an item? Attention to detail is everything. This goes back to the thread "bad info" where it talks about people just not getting it right. If in the end you were happy then great, you are much more patient than me. You took a negative and made it a positive, good for you. just my .02

Well yes,
errors may occur, but once I figured out it was not his fault, but somebody's at CCI that screwed up the labels on the boxes, I was really impressed by the good work he did not to make me feel bad.
These are my .02 and believe me in my experience you don't meet this kinda person twice in a lifetime.

Thats a great little catch phrase, heres mine," If you make mistakes you arent trying hard enough." in my line of work a mistake means I am dead. Perfection is always achievable, and who knew it was a factory mistake by CCI? Sounds like a mockup job that was re-boxed wrong. Lots of shops try many pipe sets before selecting one particular set. I always put my expectations on people based on what they would get from me. But things do happen, I realize that.

hivolt132, I suggest you NOT do business with Mark at M&M. He's a great guy, bends over backwards to give excellent service AND great prices. He's the best in my book, and I wouldn't refer a person to him if I thought they would make his job any tougher.

I never said anything bad about the guy (M&M). I was merely stating what my expectations of service are. They are high, i know that. But he made it right, thats cool. I can respect that. I even threw some kudo's to italianglide for making a neg a pos. and being patient.

hivolt...
thanks for the compliment.
On the other hand, I must tell you I understand your point of view. In my line of work NOT making errors is crucial too: I'm a spine surgeon! Let me tell you then that the difference between a good one and an excellent one is the ability to keep calm when problems arise and the ability to solve the extraordinary situation. That's where you can really appreciate a significative difference.
Referring my "philosophy" to this particular case I would say Mark just got caught in an annoying situation and solved it in a brilliant manner while being very polite, that is nowadays quite rare as well...

hivolt132,
Parts coming from aftermarket suppliers like CCI or Drag Specialities are quite frequently ordered by the shop but shipped directly to the consumer not to the shop that ordered them. Sure sounds like what happened in this case.

Hivolt
...I agree, once could possibly happen, twice something must be wrong.
Anyway, Mark conquered my trust: just ordered a Thundermax from him!
I will let you know if $hit will happen twice...
BTW I saved over a hundred bucks over retail price, that sounds good enough to take the risk, doesn't it?
