CVO Mufflers

Anyone have a set of CVO slip on mufflers they took off their ride and are looking to sell?

Or maybe trade for a set of S&S SPO's? I have a set of SPO's that I have run for a while and want something a little quieter, but that flows better than stock. I am looking for a stock set of CVO mufflers to run on my Road King.

IMHO the new 4" SE mufflers are louder than the stock CVO cat mufflers but quieter than the old SEs. I was pleasantly surprised.

I am looking for free flowing yet quieter pipes for my older ultra (113ci/10.2:1cp ) and read the newer stock 4 " CVO mufflers were pretty good. I prefer to keep the V&H true dual headers. Are the 4" much better flowing than the 3 1/2" 65254-00 pipes?

I know the quality of sound depends on the individual's personal taste but loudness and performance should not be, either a pipe is quieter or not, it is either more free flowing or not.

What have you found to be the best other than 2into1 ?

Model numbers would also be helpful.

thanks in advance

joe

ON EDIT: I know there is a trade off, to me sound level is more important than performance, but want to keep as much performance as I can .

I don't know how "free flowing" the mufflers on a CVO bike are compared to non CVO bikes, but the stock mufflers from my CVO Springer have a catalytic converter in them, and that can't be good for exhaust flow......

RUSH used to make the CVO SE slip ons. You can buy the RUSH slip ons for mid $300 price range and they sound great. They come with different sized baffles from 1.5 in to 2.5 inches. The bigger the baffle the louder the noise. I have them on my 08 ultra with 1.75 inch baffles and they are plenty loud and sound great. At half the price of some of the others out there i think they are a steal

Well the 2009 SE road glide and SE Ultra have the catalytic converter in the head pipe before the muffflers.
