Didn’t get a lot of time this weekend to work on the chop but managed to get a few hours to tinker a bit. Used a couple of brackets I made a while back. For the headlight, I started with a chunk of 1” thick billet- drilled ˝” hole to locate the inside corner. You can see the pencil line where the cutting happened afterward:

After some bandsawing, drilling, filing, buffing, I had this all ready for the powder coater:

Still need to polish the SS hardware but it holds the headlight up ok.

Here is the horn- to the right is the bracket that came with it, but I really needed a right-angle bracket. I made the one on the left from a piece of steel flat bar, using a bender to make the 1” radius bend:

Horn installed, the wiring is dangling for now.

And, finally got the front wheel installed:
