Ordered the Caliper mounting brackets from Jaybrake today. Can't believe it will take 6-8 weeks to get them...
Guy said they had to make them and to chrome them took even longer.

Finally back home and put on the new RSD rear fender... Here's a few pics.
Don't really like how high the fender rides off the tire but that's as low as it can go...
And I have a rear lowering kit slammed as low as it can go!

Yeah, those fenders are more meant for air ride bikes. Look like crap aired up, but dropped you cant beat the look.

Well I'm hoping once I get it off the wood blocks under the frame it drops quite a bit with the weight of the bike (and me) on it...

I agree with the look of that rear fender. Everything else looks great.

Latest pics...
Still waiting on the Yankee Engineuity motor mount and Todd's Cycle 8" risers.
Also have measure and order the Magnum Black Pearl cables and brake lines.
Going to do a rough external wiring this week and get her fired up.
After making sure everything is where I want it I'll drill for internal wiring and strip it all back apart for powder coat and chrome plating.
Should have her all finished just in time to head back to Afghanistan in Feb...

Finally received the Yankee Motor Mount. For $513 the finish was not all that and I had to go to ACE Hardware to get bolts to assemble it.
STILL waiting on the 8" riser from Todd's Cycles. If they aren't hear by next week I'm cancelling my order and getting my money back.
If they can't machine a pair of risers in 2 months then they obviously have issues...
Heartland Ignition was as simple to wire and advertised and the motor fired up on the first try with no adjustments!
If any TC riders are wanting to switch over from FI to Carb, the Heartland Ignition makes it extremely painless!
Now I'm waiting on the Magnum Black Pearl dual front brake lines, throttle cables and custom rear brake line to get my first ride on her!
Those were ordered 2 weeks ago and am hoping to get a phone call any day to come pick them up from my local shop.
Trying to embed a video of the first fire-up on here but am having issues.

Tony,
The motor mount is "modular" type that combines the motor mount, choke mount, coil mount & key switch mount (switch not included either...) all in one package right there between the cylinder.
Looks awesome but the finish left a lot to be desired. For that price the finish should be flawless, all the bolts included and include...

Great lookin build brother. Glad you have made it back all these times from the tours. If you don't mind the question, what did you pay for the 120R? I've been talking with S&S about their 124" and thought to put it in my 92' FXSTC when the 80" gets tired (got 89,000 on it right now. The top end has been freshened up so I see quite a few more miles in her). Since have change my mind and am thinking about a 93" Shovel, but want the big engine for a pro street build. Would like to stay with the MoCo as much as possible. If the price is right, the 120R will go in the 92' if it will fit, straight swap.

This is a stock TC 88B. BUT - Am seriously considering sending my previous 124" leftovers to the King of Cubes for a pro build when I leave for Afghanistan next month....
