103 CI SE Carb Question

I am building a custom bike with a SE 103 CI engine. I have had a few comments about my set up running Dual Rivera Carbs. I am new to all of this and would like some comments on this combination.

I have had a few people comment on the possibility of dumping too much fuel into the cylinders and burning the Valve seats.

TIA fo any comments.
