Hello;
I have a primo 3 inch belt system. BDL non adjusting clutch lever.
Open primary.
I have not rode the bike in 4 and a half years.
The adjustment was good and now I cannot shift down in gears.
I adjusted a couple of times, no luck.
I pulled the clutches and steel plates out of the basket and cleaned them, I did a light sanding on the friction discs and readjusted, hard upshifting and still no down shifting.
Need help , thanks.
you may want to try the manufacturer for a trouble shoot as I do not know how you get clutch adjustment with a non adjusting lever? definitely sounds like adjustment I noticed you had 66 looks and no response may also move this thread to tranny and Primary?
