Question noisy rocker box

I have an 04 pro-street and recently got it back from the shop. I had broken push rods on the the rear cylinder. Now I have a noisy rocker box when the bike warms up. Also, (with the bike warmed up) the rpm drops (like it's about to die) when I pull the cap off of my oil bag.

Any ideas?
