Does anyone make the 88 Sportster needle in the aftermarket?
cvp performance slide needle.....google it.
I have been told it is very similar to the sporty needle but offers better fuel economy. I switched to it rather than shim my stock needle and have had good results. No complaints. Better than a shimmed stock needle. Never tried the 88 sporty.
Another good needle is the NOKK p/n 27241-95 as it doesn't have the lean transition point the sporty needle has. ??? Why aftermarket it is cheap at the stealer.
