need to rejet after baffles?

(I posted this in the Exhaust section - maybe it should be here)

Need some help...
I have a carburated night train, and I'm putting on V&H Big Shots Staggered, along with having a dynajet put on. I'm thinking about adding Big City Thunder baffles as well.
Wondering if I would have to have the carb fine tuned if I wait to put the baffles in. If that's the case, I'll probably just go ahead and put them in when the pipes go on.
Also - any opinions on how these pipes sound with/without the BCT baffles? (or change in any other pipes after adding these baffles)
Thanks in advance for your responses.
