wrong mixture

Hi i have a 92 fatboy and when i start it up i get alot of black smoke out the exhausts and when im going along in low gear it sputters a bit can anyone help me out please thankyou

is bike all stock? air filter clean? does fuel drip from carb?

its an sand s carb the fuel has eaked before but it doesnt now i turned a screw behind the carb the filter is clean
