Air/Fuel meter vs. Plug reading...

What would you have more faith in for getting the afr correct on a carb. bike, an AFR meter (RSR, Autometer, K&N, etc.) or reading your spark plugs?

claydbal will become famous soon enough
then afr meter is what you want. hard to read plugs with todays unleaded fuel. in lots of cases, white is right----but how do you know if its lean?

Good to see you say that on reading the plugs. I see very few guys point that out about reading plugs with today's fuel.
