cv carb vacuum lines (2 ?)

Bought a cv carb with two vacuum lines. I know one on top is for voes but has a second one on bottom I am not familiar with. Is that for California emissions or something ? Plan on plugging it and hopefully rolling on. Thanks for any insight..

If the bottom one is coming out of the float bowl, that's just a float bowl overflow drain.

Ed thanks for reply. Not float bowl overflow. It is a vacuum line just above float bowl and vent hole is just behind butterfly similar to veos connect but smaller in dia. ?

There are no vacuum spigots just above the bowl. You may have a modified carb setup for an auxillary fuel nozzle.
