ecm upgreads for 09XB12R ???

Dose any one know of some performance upgreads for the 09XB12R that dont require you to be a computer wiz? I plan to do the exhaust and air filter but dont expect much out of it. I would like to get a race ecm but cant find one. I would get the stuf to reflash my ecm but dont know were to start as far as changing the fuel map and so on. is there any place I can send the stock ecm to have it re-flashed with a performance setup? Any help would be great.
