This kit includes all parts, and labor to the heads and cylinders. It includes Harley Part# 16140-87 Piston Kit (Genuine HD lightweight aluminum alloy pistons as used in stock production '88-'03 XL1200 models). It also includes boring your stock 883 cylinders to STD bore 1200 cylinders. The heads are reworked to open the combustion chambers for 9.7:1 - 9.9:1 compression ratio. The heads are also ported and polished, stock 883 valves are retained and stock cams are recommended for valve clearance reasons. A performance valve job is also performed on the heads. Gaskets included.
