Free Head Gaskets - Limited Qty's

We have a new product available, Copper Head Gaskets for Twin Cams.

Copper head gaskets are nothing new. They have been available for Shovelheads and EVO's for years. We decided to start producing them for Twin Cams and to try to make them a little more user friendly. Our head gaskets come precoated and ready to install. We offer them in a variety of thicknesses and sizes. We can even make custom sizes to fit your needs (additional cost applies).

Our standard sizes fit 3.875" to 4.125" Bores in .026", .032" and .042" thicknesses. The .026" thick gaskets are a good choice for deck heights where the piston is .007"-.012" down in the hole. The .032" for deck heights closer to zero. And the .042" for deck heights up to .007" above the deck.

The advantages to copper head gaskets. Unlike a stock head gasket that insulate the cylinder from the head, our copper head gaskets promote heat transfer from the head to the cylinder. This helps keep the head cooler and helps reduce detonation. Copper head gaskets are virtually "Blow Proof" when installed properly. They can handle Turbo, Supercharged, hi compression and Nitrous application without any issue. In most standard applications they can also be reused.

We have a few out in the field now but would like to get some more out for some "Beta" testing. If you are interested in trying a set feel free to post a reply here and send me a PM with a phone number and a good time to call.

The quantity and sizes we currently have available to give away for free are listed below.
1 - .026 x 3.920 - 95" & 103" w/3.875" Bore
4 - .032 x 3.920 - 95" & 103" w/3.875" Bore
1 - .042 x 3.920 - 95" & 103" w/3.875" Bore
2 - .032 x 3.980 - 98", 106" & 107" w/3.9375" Bore
1 - .032 x 4.100 - 100", 110", 113" & 116" w/4.000" & 4.060" Bore
1 - .032 x 4.160 - 107", 114", 117", 120" & 124" w/4.125" Bore

As a Beta tester here is what we expect.
1 Immediate use, we can not give them away for a build you might do over the winter, we need feedback asap.
2 Feedback regarding ease of use
3 Feedback ragarding installation instructions
4 Feedback after some time in use, get some miles on and let us know what you think.

We do currently have them available on our site for purchase .. http://www.bigboyzcycles.com/showthread.php?t=138

The Copper head gaskets come pre-coated and are peel and stick as shown below.

Hey Springer, I'm about to put a 113" together. But, I'm going with 4.065 bore. I'd be willing to test a set, if still available.

That is about the only gasket I have left. Send me a PM with your contact info and mailing address and I will get out a set.
