Job well done

This is to let everyone know of a job well done by Bean and his crew!! I had them rework the heads and bore the cylinders to 95 inches.

The cylinders looked great. Checked ring gap and they were all dead on.
Next I installed the heads and checked the squish with my 10.25 pistons. They were at .032 to .035 on both holes, again dead on.

I finished assembling the motor with my new cams and gear drive. It fired right off and boy does it sound GREAT!!

Bean, you have my greatest appreciation for your quality workmanship and assistance over the phone.

2006 Road Glide
Bored to 95 inches
Heads worked and compression releases installed
Cometic Head Gaskets
SE 10.25 cast pistons
31G gear Drive
SE intake
Rinehart True Duals

Thanks,
Steve

Ive been interested in the numbers 95" with big boyz heads. Can you post a dyno sheet, and tell what the heads got done?

I have an 03 night train with big boyz heads, andrews 37b's, 95 in kit, 9.8:1 comp, a super E and a V&H pro-pipe and I make right at 100 TQ and like 93 HP. I am pretty sure that it's the heads that made most of the difference, and a good pipe. I am pretty proud of those numbers considering i have a damn super E carb. highly recomend big booys heads though
