According to the HD web site and it doesn't show 29440-99D. Doesn't mean it doesn't exist, its just that the HD web site doesn't list it. According to the HD website, the SE A/C p/n for your bike is 29773-02C. The only difference between it and 29773-02B is the air cleaner cover decal. So there is no mechanical difference. Only cosmetic.
