Ski5844 is on a distinguished road
I have a question that maybe someone here can answer for me. I have an 07 Ultra Classic and I'm planning to have a SERT installed and have it tuned on the dyno. This is being done at the dealer with a winter special. Now the question. When the dealer is done with the tuning can he make me a copy of the map, on a disk, that he installed on the bike? This way I can see what he did and have it in case I need it in the future. I was talking to the tech today and was told that the map cannot be saved to a disk but only to a file on the computer that is used by the dealer. I don't know why it can't be saved where ever the tech wants. It seem to me that he is just trying to get me to come back to him for future tuning.
