Not only if, and/or when but now, what kind of wave!
Just got back from my first trip to Maui. Rented from the local HD and went for a spin. Along with the traditional down-low tow fingered and open palm I now have to add the Hawaiian "Hang Loose" wave (done in a traditional down-low type wave) to my repertoire. It accounted for about half of the waves sent my way.
