Problem with the K&N A/C is that its made of plastic. I used to have one of their cold air intakes in my truck and after two years it cracked from the heating and cooling from being in the engine bay etc. They use the same plastic in all their kits, so the RK-3909 is no different. The plastic will eventually get brittle and crack, especially with our air cooled motors if you do any cruising... Good luck...
