I was having starting problems as well, until last night. While I was reading through the post, someone mentioned the aggressive IAC start adder.
Just for giggles, I gave it a try. This morning, the bike fired up first crank. I'll give it another day or two until I pass judgement on if that was the fix or not.
While watching the AFR on starts, I've also had to add fuel to the ET based fuel adder.
