It was the time based start adder table that was 67 starting before not the ET table. I tried and the "aggresive" numbers can be added in the IID time based table.
Good question about what is nominal IAC. I see 30 in one doc and 35 in another.
I think it's time to call DTT on Monday unless someone in the know chimes in.
