If you have performance exhaust on your bike, you should also have a high flow air cleaner installed (like the poor mans SE A/C described in this thread) and your ECM needs to have a new map that will allow for the higher flowing exhaust and air cleaner. This new map could come from a Stage-1 download from your dealer, a SERT, a PowerCommander etc etc... Check out the EFI section for more info. With the new map, your bike will run ALOT better.
