Got my first scoot last July...an 05 RG.
AWESOME ride!
Was initially interested in building a chopper...but now everyone seems to have one, so I sold what I had put together...
My father-in-law was out for a visit last July...told me about his "new" purchase...an Electra Glide. We took a trip to HD and looked around, I was drawn to the RG. Had a lot of sportbikes in the past, but this was different.
2 weeks later I was rollin' out on a new Black Pearl RG! I can't even say enought for this bike. I taken her out for some GOOD rides with the old lady on the back, the radio cranked, and the sun in our face...
I did the SE Stage 1, remap, and put on some Samson Big Gun Drag Pipes (loud pipes save lives). Now she's Purrrrrrrfect!
