Map Name: 105HG017-AO.RG1.mt2

Running on 2002 Road Glide...

At 27k miles installed 95" bored cylenders with flat top pistons, SE Performance heads (cheapest ones), 211 SE cam, Rinehart Tru-Duals and SE air cleaner.

Dealer who did work this winter loaded (105HG017-AO.mt2) and dyno ran the bike. It put out Max HP @ 86.2 and Torque@ 91.6. Put 2000 + miles on RG in March in Daytona. Did a buck ten easy, however, from 2100 to 2800 RPM, ran like ****, bucking and skipping. Couldn't ride it around town, only 3000 RPM +. Brought it back, they put it back on the dyno, took it home, same result.

Screw it, figure it out myself. You can't retrieve the map once it is in ECM, unless they give you the file that was loaded, you've got to start over. I tried many of the files on the install disk, load and road test. The one I ended with was 105HG017-AO.mt2 from the disk. I modified (enriched about 4 units) the AF Ratio both cyclinders from 2000 RPM to 2750 RPM and MAP from 20 - 50. Tuned at sea level.

May be slightly rich now in that range, but I prefer a little rich to lean. Top end still there, no pinging and driveable in lower range now. Here is the file...
