I am pretty sure I have "dropped" everyone of my bikes once. Usually just after getting it and always while trying to move it with the motor off.
On the other hand rode with a fellow back in the day. We were out, minding our own business, perhaps we had a beverage or two. Anyhow we come up on an intersection and there is an officer across from us. Not wanting to draw attention to ourselves we decided to come to a full stop. Unfortunately my buddy forgot to put his foot down.
If you have ever seen Rowan and Martin's Laugh-In you will understand the look of utter confusion as his bike stood there a second and then just tipped right on over. The most amazing part of the whole thing is the cop pulls through the intersection, rolls down his window, asks if we are OK, and then just drives on.
Some people live a charmed life!
