That is a nice tip. I'm a FNG and I was wondering how I was going to change that filter without using a can of degreaser afterwards...

You're kidding, right? They gave you back the bike with oil all over the front of it?? Three times?? Find another dealer. If they can't get the minor details right, then I wouldn't trust them getting the important details right. Makes me shiver...
