Good tip, also another way is to get an empty bleach or windshield washer gallon jug and cut the bottom off as well as half the side, leave the handle in the up position and keep the cap. Trim to fit under the filter, Loosen the filter and completely remove vs. letting it sit and drain, the plastic jug when under the filter will capture all the oil and you can slide the filter down toward the handle and remove immediately, I put a few paper towels down to catch the out flow from the filter mount.
