Is the mirror drooping because there isn't enough friction between the mirror and the strut or is the mirror drooping because the strut is loosening its connection to the handlebars?
If the former, the mirror is probably screwed up and needs replacement.
If the latter, check to see if you have a locking washer in there. If not, get one in there and tighten it real well. I would not use any Locktite on the mirror strut as you may need to make adjustments to it from time to time... a good locking washer should do the trick.
The vibration on the left side is NOT normal. Have your dealer take the bike out for a test to verify that the bike is out of spec and then they can determine the cause and fix it under warranty.
