Hi Darrell,

Yikes! If my math is right, you're going between 100-150 mph on that thing! You don't need radar. You can just outrun the cops!

A setup similar to yours is what I think I'll end up with. I think the better location overall is between the forks because it probably provides a better "field of vision" for radar. Although from inside the fairing pocket, some "non-bounce" rear detection may be possible.

With your pouch, is it easy to remove the detector from the bike?

I read about the Radar Screamer in Motorcycle Consumer News a few months ago. It got a favorable review. I'm considering adding that too, once I figure out where I'm putting everything. Does the Screamer reproduce the different tones of your detector, or is it just a single tone?
