I live in fear of the big SUV with a passel of kids and the driver texting away, slowly drifting into my lane. Which is why I purchased a 130 db air horn. Washington has a headset/handsfree law, too. But I don't think it really seems to help much, and it certainly isn't being enforced. What also gets me is the people with iPod headphones jammed into their ears while driving.
