Cellphones are not a hazard, it's the idiots using them. Now I understand that sometimes, in an emergency it is neccessary, but thats not the case most of the time. Lately there has been a rise in people trying to text while driving...
That has to be the most idiotic thing to do. Cellphone companies made those Bluetooth headsets for a reason, to keep people from being distracted while dring and talking on the phone. I think it should be mandatory to have one for just that situation, but then again a majority of the American people would say that the Government should provide them... Hell the Federal Government is already providing cellphones, might as well throw that in too.
