The only problem would be that instead of just talking the idiots would be redialing and weaving. We used jammers in some applications for security. It interupts the ability to remote detonate a device. One thing for sure, cell phones are a f'n hazard and texting is worse. On a funnier note, the fastest growing reprted accident in emergency rooms is people walking into things while texting and walking. Thed walk into light poles, sign and in some cases open man holes
