Rider backrest installed today

I have an '07 RG with a mustang seat. Today I had the adjustable rider backrest installed and went for a ride. Gotta tell you that it felt very good - supported the back and took pressure off the wrists. I plan to use it only for longer rides; will take it off around town. I'm looking forward to giving it a good workout on the way to Sturgis. If you have pain issues on longer rides, an adjustable backrest might be something to consider. Some of you purists out there might not like the look of it, but I'm at the age where comfort on a long ride is worth a lot.
