Once you clear the IAC as stated above, then you would need to re-do the warm up. I've loaded modified versions of my map many times and not had to re-do the warm up procedure, and my IAC always worked fine. I would always do it with a new (different) map load though.
Thanks for the info. I was getting confused as the new software does not have the IAC auto function.
