just got back home after a whirlwind trip of 3k. (6 days) Temps were HOT. I have had th FP on about 5k miles now and it has been just super. Low of 45 mpg at slab speeds and hi of 50 mpg at 50-60 mph. Doesn't seem to make any difference if mid or hi grade is used. I am a little suspicious of the ethanol addition. No popping or hesitation at all and just as smoooooth as silk!!! and plenty of passing power. Sound is perfect for my tastes in that I can go into a national wildlife area and see some of the animals and they aren't in full escape mode!! My only concern is the heat. I emailed V&H and they got back and simply said that 230 on the big twins was not uncommon. V&H has been very good about getting back to me so that is my experience.....Thanks JT and others for your patience and help.
