Hi.
I understand your frustration, but trying to diagnose anything over a phone or e-mail is very difficult to say the least, intermittents are the hardest, even when you have the bike there to test.
Ok, lets start with the basics, check the bikes ECU for codes, check cell 22 for any numbers it may have, check for exhaust leaks and Intake leaks, and finally, make sure it has the best fuel you can find, and these days, fuel quality is in the toilet.
If all this checks out, then I would get a standard two run dyno run done on the bike, and send the results to Vance and Hines for analysis.
Then they can see what the bike is doing.
